Failure to comply with the terms of service may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds due but as yet unpaid.

1. No advertisements through unsolicited bulk email.

2. You agree that you are over the age of 18 (or of the age considered legal to view adult content where you live if that age is greater than 18.

3. Our content is of a sexually explicit nature and you agree that such content is not offensive to you.

8. You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the use and transmission of adult content.

9. Payments are made twice monthly based on pay periods running from the 1st through 15th and the 16th through the end of the month. Payout amounts are listed for each individual program.

10: Minimum payout is $50 unless you choose a higher amount.

11. The login to your affiliate account is for your use alone and will not be given or transferred to others.

12. You will not display sexually explicit ads to those not specifically searching for adult content.
